Food is stuff that you put in your mouth, swallow, and then digest. Food sometimes tastes good. Food nourishes you and gives you energy that you can use to do things. The quality of your food determines how much energy you have, the way you think, the way you move, the way you do things.

At the time of writing this I’m 28 and food seems to be one of the largest indicators of how I feel. I used to be able to eat shit and go about my day, but now I have to be very mindful of what I put into my body and how that will affect my mood, my day, my life.
